Job Title: Program Manager (PMP Certified)
Active Top Secret Clearance required
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. You will oversee the delivery of administrative and executive correspondence management support services for CISA. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring contract deliverables are met, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to support the smooth operation of CISA’s correspondence systems. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Manage all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and federal regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality support services for correspondence management, including monitoring performance, setting goals, and providing coaching and mentorship.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between CISA, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure that all project deliverables are met within the established timeframes.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize any disruptions to program operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work products meet the highest standards and comply with CISA’s established protocols for correspondence management.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor the program budget, ensure resources are appropriately allocated, and track expenditures to prevent overruns.
- Reporting: Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and briefings to CISA and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing federal contracts, with specific experience in administrative or correspondence management being highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a government or federal contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract and project management methodologies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- IAM or IAT Level 3 certifications, (CISM, CISSP, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with DHS/CISA, or another government agency.
- Familiarity with executive and administrative correspondence protocols in federal agencies.
- Knowledge of CISA’s mission, priorities, and correspondence management systems.
Additional Information:
Occasional travel may be required to CISA headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Must have PMP certification and security clearance as required by the contract.
